About the Role Are you a passionate mental health professional ready to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of youth mental health services in Emerald? A well-known not-for-profit organisation is seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for young people and their families. In this role, you will guide and support a multidisciplinary team, manage referrals and caseloads, and contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement. What will a typical day look like? Lead and enhance clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum Provide supervision, support and guidance to clinicians and support staff Facilitate clinical reviews, care planning and shared decision making Contribute to strategic planning, policy development and service evaluation Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data collection Mandatory Requirements: Approved tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline such as social work, psychology (42 or 51 pathway), mental health nursing, and/or occupational therapy Current registration or membership with the relevant professional body (AHPRA or AASW) About the Organisation: Our client is a highly regarded, purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation with a long-standing commitment to supporting individuals, families, and communities across regional Queensland.
